Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, we can provide full refunds to customers once the products are shipped back to us. If the shipping costs exceed the value of your items, we will make an agreement with you on the items not returned.
* Note: Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Send only to the address provided by our customer service. Any return or exchange will be valid once accepted by our customer service center.
- In the unfortunate event that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer service department so that we can work to process your refund request. Contact us by clicking “Contact Us” in your order account and submitting the ticket. We will reply within 24 hours.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie,bodysuits, swimwear.
*Note: The original shipping fee and return insurance are non-refundable.We don’t have a free return label to return the order

Out of stock
In case some items are out of stock after their payment is authorized and verified, as the stock changes frequently with market demand and order sales. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you would like to replace items or obtain a refund.
Tips: There is a case where you ordered several items and received some of them, don’t worry, we’ll move on and ship the rest of your order later.
